- From Vigo city centre, take the ferry to Cangas (about 20 minutes, departing every 30 min).
- From Cangas Port, you can reach us by taxi (approx. 10 min) or by car following the signs to Nerga.
By Public Transport:
- The nearest bus stop is Nerga, a 5-minute walk from the apartments.
- Bus routes connect Cangas with Vigo and other towns in O Morrazo.

Payment Schedule
70% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 28 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €400 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure

Includes: final cleaning, linens & towels, basic toiletries, Wi-Fi, AC/heat, a local welcome basket and access to garden and pool area (availability linked to season).
Dynamic pricing: rates vary by season, demand, and length of stay.
Minimum stay: 1 night (seasonal exceptions may apply).
Occupancy: base rate covers 6 guests; extra guest fee €20/night (where allowed).
Security deposit: 400€, pre-authorization 24h before arrival; released within 5 days if no damage.
Payment schedule: initial percentage of booking depends on the policy chosen [Flexible / Moderate / Strict (Non-refundable)] ; balance due 7 days before arrival.
